Refund policy

We want you to feel confident in every Truth Skin Science purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of skincare products, we are not able to accept returns on opened or used items, except in cases of damage, defect, or an incorrect item received.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hey@truthskinscience.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll review and arrange a replacement or refund.

Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, email hey@truthskinscience.com with your order number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 14 business days to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI — we'll request your payment details once your return is approved.

Non-returnable items

Opened or used products, sale or bundle items marked as final sale (if applicable), and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but our standard return process applies once delivered.
